Job Opportunity

Halfyolk is hiring a Full Stack Growth Marketer who acts as an embedded growth partner for a specific Business Unit. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role. You will sit alongside the Business Unit leader, translate their growth strategy into a campaign-ready Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, and execute it end-to-end.

Your primary mandate is digital marketing: designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified pipelines and measurable revenue. You will be supported by specialist teams for events, inside sales, marketing operations, and technology—but you are the one who connects strategy to tactics, tactics to pipeline, and pipeline to revenue. You run the campaigns and directly execute against your content calendar.

What you will own

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

Design, build, and run digital campaigns from brief to deployment—including content marketing, email sequences, paid media, social amplification, webinars, and podcasts.

Lifecycle Ownership

Lead the full campaign lifecycle: audience definition, messaging, channel selection, creative production, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

Data-Driven Choices

Use data to decide what campaigns to run, what to kill, and where to double down. You know the right questions to ask before the data tells you anything.

Content Creation

Produce compelling content—thought leadership, sales collateral, and digital assets—with a strong editorial eye. You can write a persuasive whitepaper and a tight email subject line for the same campaign.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Run targeted 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns within existing and new target accounts to land and accelerate new revenue.

GTM Planning & Revenue Accountability

Strategic Partnership

Partner with the Business Unit leader to convert Business Unit goals into a concrete market plan with a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), tailored messaging, optimal channels, and pipeline targets.

Pipeline Metrics

Own the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline for the Business Unit—measured in opportunities created and revenue generated, not just activity volume.

Funnel Tracking

Track funnel conversion metrics (MQL → SQL → SAL), pipeline coverage, cost per qualified lead, and marketing-influenced win rates.

Market Insights

Conduct gap analyses across value propositions, competitive positioning, customer demand signals, and industry trends to inform quarterly priorities.

Collaboration & Alignment

You will coordinate with and be supported by internal specialist teams—your role is to direct, brief, and ensure alignment, not to own these functions outright

Event Planning

Brief the Events team on Business Unit-specific event strategy to build seamless, pipeline-feeding events.

Inside Sales Coordination

Align campaign follow-up sequences with the Inside Sales team to maximize lead conversion.

Marketing Technology

Work with MarTech and Data Analytics for reporting, attribution, and platform support as a power user, not an administrator.

Brand Ecosystem

Ensure Business Unit communications are consistently on-brand, while activating partner and alliance marketing to amplify reach.

What We Are Looking For****

Strategy-to-Revenue Thinking

You can take a business objective, translate it into a marketing strategy, decompose it into campaigns, and trace the outcome back to pipeline and revenue. You think in funnels, not just formats.

End-to-End Execution

You have personally built and run multi-channel campaigns—not just briefed them to an agency or external team. From audience targeting through creative production to performance analysis, you have done the legwork.

Data-Driven Decision Making

You are fluent in marketing analytics. You make investment decisions based on ROI, attribution, and pipeline coverage—not gut feel.

AI-First Mindset

You actively use AI in your daily workflow for content production, research, personalization, and campaign iteration. This is a core part of how you work. You will be enabled with Halfyolk’s internal AI platforms and agents to accelerate your impact.

Industry Acumen

You understand B2B professional services and technology verticals deeply enough to develop relevant messaging, target ICPs, and create compelling, industry-specific campaigns.

Cross-Functional Partnership

You thrive in a matrix environment—working across a Business Unit leader, a central marketing function, sales, solutioning, and external partners simultaneously.

What "AI-First" Means at Halfyolk

This is not a checkbox. We expect you to actively use AI tools as a daily force multiplier. Halfyolk will provide you with AI platforms and custom agents as needed to support your marketing judgment. You will use AI to:

Draft, iterate, and personalize content at 3–5x the velocity of traditional approaches, focusing your time on defining the right message rather than manual content creation.

Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and account signals faster.Accelerate campaign production, reducing dependency on external agencies and specialist queues.

Analyze performance data to surface actionable patterns.

The right candidate is already working this way—experimenting with prompts, building workflows around AI tools, and rethinking how marketing gets done.

Qualifications

No specific years of B2B, SaaS, or tech experience required—we care about your drive, capabilities, and output.

A strong interest or foundational background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or full-stack marketing principles.

Demonstrated ability to take a general marketing idea, break it down into tactical execution steps, and track its results.

Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for content creation, brainstorming, or productivity (not merely awareness of them).

Basic familiarity or an eagerness to learn modern marketing platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, ABM tools, or web analytics).

Excellent writing ability and sharp editorial judgment.A massive bias toward speed, iteration, and execution. You ship.
