About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional with strong experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company and possess hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle while driving a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.

HR Operations

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Handle employee documentation, HR policies, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain HRMS and prepare HR reports/MIS.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
Strong experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Recruitment.
Must have experience working with an IT/Software company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
