Office Location: Office No. 19, Ground Floor, Shantiniketan Building, Kolkata 700017 Aurex Real Estate is looking for an HR Executive Talent Acquisition & HRBP to support our growing team and manage key HR functions across the organisation.

The role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partner responsibilities and requires someone who can work closely with employees, department heads and management. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations and other business functionsSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other appropriate recruitment channelsScreen applications and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interviews, offers, joining formalities and onboardingMaintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackersManage employee records and HR documentationSupport attendance, leave and employee lifecycle processesCoordinate employee engagement and internal HR initiativesAssist with performance management and employee feedback processesAddress routine employee concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutionsWork with department heads on manpower planning and hiring requirementsSupport implementation and improvement of HR policies and processesMaintain accurate HR reports and employee informationAct as a point of coordination between employees and management Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or a related functionUnderstanding of end-to-end recruitment processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment requirements and HR responsibilities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with HRMS, ATS, recruitment platforms or HR reporting tools is an advantageExperience in real estate or a sales-driven organisation is preferred, but not mandatory About Aurex Real Estate
