* HRBP support to business/store teams

* Partner with functional heads on people-related matters

* Performance Management, KRAs & goal setting

* Employee Engagement, Retention & Grievance Handling

* Training & Development / TNA

* Workforce planning & productivity improvement

* Employee relations & conflict management

* HRIS, Payroll & Statutory Compliance

* HR MIS, Attrition & People Analytics

* Exit Management & HR Documentation

* Support business growth through effective people strategies

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication & people-handling skills

Good business acumen & stakeholder management

Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset

Strong negotiation & conflict-management skills

Good knowledge of HR practices & compliance

Advanced Excel & HRIS knowledge

Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

Willingness to travel across multi-city stores/outlets
