Treasury Analyst

Support Implementation of Treasury Management System (TMS), including:

Coordinating with operations to understand bank account footprint globally.
Work with banks on consolidating accounts and connecting to TMS for transaction and balance reporting.
Develop functionality and reporting of transaction and balance data with TMS provider.
Reconciliation of known bank account data versus TMS and develop methods to improve process.
Setup and support users of the TMS

Global Bank Account Management (BAM):

Track all bank account openings & closings.
Gather bank account data globally and
Accurately upload/enter above data into BAM (TMS)
Bank account rationalization – ongoing justification of all bank accounts with a focus on closing unneeded accounts or move accounts to core relationship banks.

Process Documentation:

Document and standardize Treasury processes related to bank account management.
Focusing on TMS/BAM processes specifically.

Global Cash Pooling:

Support the ongoing effort of connecting operations to Global Cash Pool
Collect required documents/signatures including mandatory KYC data to open accounts.

Intercompany Netting

Add netting participants to maximize intercompany settlement efficiency.
Manage user maintenance within e-banking portal (new users, entitlements, etc.)
