Who Will Succeed in This Role? The ideal candidate is someone who can have a conversation like:“Let me first understand what you're looking for, where you are currently, what you're trying to achieve, and what challenges you're facing.”rather than:“Sir/Ma'am, we have this course. Would you like to buy it?”We are looking for people who can understand before they sell.
