About OneCarat Technologies

OneCarat Technologies is a young, ambitious technology company building solutions for India’s rapidly evolving AI, networking and data-center infrastructure ecosystem.

We work with global technology and OEM partners across areas such as:
• Optical Networking
• AI Infrastructure
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Advanced Cooling
• Power Infrastructure
• Intelligent Rack Solutions

We are now looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to join our early team and help build our customer base from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is not a lead-follow-up or account-management role.

You will be expected to create business from scratch — identify target accounts, open conversations, meet prospective customers, build relationships, uncover requirements and take opportunities through to commercial closure.

You will work directly with the Founder, have significant ownership over your territory and contribute directly to the growth of OneCarat Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new enterprise customers and business opportunities
• Build pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, field visits, networking and relationship building
• Identify and connect with decision-makers across IT, infrastructure, networking, procurement and business teams
• Conduct regular customer visits and face-to-face meetings
• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant OneCarat solutions
• Work closely with technical and OEM teams to develop solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
• Conduct customer presentations and commercial discussions
• Generate qualified opportunities, RFQs and revenue
• Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners and technology partners
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate follow-up
• Travel across India when required for customer meetings and business development

What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience
• Proven ability to generate your own leads and open new accounts
• Experience taking opportunities from prospecting to closure
• Confident in cold calling, outreach and customer visits
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Smart, resourceful and persistent approach to sales
• Comfortable selling technical or enterprise solutions
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, data centers, cloud or enterprise technology is preferred
• Strong hunter mentality
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are still being built
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required

Why Join OneCarat?

This is an opportunity to join a young company at an early stage and play a meaningful role in building its commercial business.

You will:
• Work directly with the Founder
• Help build new customer accounts from zero
• Work with global technology manufacturers
• Gain exposure to fast-growing AI and data-center technologies
• Have significant independence and ownership
• See your efforts directly influence company growth
• Have the opportunity to grow rapidly as the sales organization expands

We are looking for someone who is hungry, commercially sharp and willing to get out into the market and make things happen.

If you want a conventional sales role with an established pipeline and existing accounts, this may not be the right opportunity.

If you enjoy opening doors, building relationships and creating business from scratch, we would like to hear from you.
