You are a data-driven operator who rigorously defines KPIs, tracks program ROI, and translates complex performance metrics into actionable executive narratives.
You are an everyday practitioner who actively leverages generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to accelerate execution.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
Hands-on fluency and active daily use of generative AI and agentic tools, including LLM assistants, agent platforms, MCP integration patterns, and prompt or workflow design
8+ years of experience across product management, technical program management, strategy, transformation, or management consulting
3+ years of dedicated experience delivering AI, data, automation, or enterprise platform initiatives
Proven track record of translating ambiguous, complex business challenges into structured roadmaps, operating models, and quantified outcomes
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to craft executive one-pagers, facilitate steering committees, and articulate prioritization decisions to senior leadership
