Role Level: Mid-weight (3-5 Years Experience)

Position: Brand and Visual Designer

Location: Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi

Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-aware Graphic Designer to join our team at Lens and Brands. Someone who understands that good design is not just aesthetic - it’s strategic. Someone who can move between branding projects, social media content, presentations, campaigns, and motion work with equal clarity and curiosity.

You should be someone who enjoys building identities from scratch, has a sharp visual eye, understands contemporary design culture, and can work fast without compromising quality. Having "cut your teeth" in an ad agency environment, you know that a "final" design is never really final until the client falls in love with it.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Design brand identities including logos, typography systems, visual languages, and brand assets.
• Create high-quality social media creatives, campaign visuals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Support branding projects across digital and print touchpoints.
• Create basic motion graphics, reels, and simple video edits for social and brand communication.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, and creative directors to bring brand narratives to life visually.
• Maintain consistency across brand systems and communication outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Use AI tools and modern creative workflows to improve ideation, speed, production quality, and turnaround time.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a branding agency, design studio, or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and visual identity projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools).
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Basic video editing and motion design skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is essential.
• Ability to work across multiple brands with speed, structure, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
